You feel stuck. Maybe it’s anxiety, recurring anger, or relationships
that leave you exhausted. Or perhaps, as a parent,
you watch your child struggle with emotional regulation, lacking the words to explain their pain.

We believe therapy should happen where life happens. Sessions take place alternatively in an intimate home clinic in North Tel Aviv, and in your natural environment - your home or the park where you walk your dog. This combination allows us to work on real-world dynamics in real-time

Your Own Dog

They are not just a pet. They are a mirror to your soul.

In the DiaDog approach, we don't bring an external therapy dog. We work with your own dog. Your dog knows you better than anyone else.It reacts by observing subconscious signals, your body language, and your hidden emotions. By observing how it responds to you, we uncover the keys to your own healing

An Introduction to the DiaDog Approach

"This article presents the 'DiaDog' approach an integrative model for canine-assisted therapy, developed and continuously evolving within my clinical and research work. The purpose of this article is to outline the principles of the approach, its underlying theoretical assumptions, and its ethical and practical implications for therapists working with dogs. Accordingly, the first part will focus on establishing the philosophical and ethico-clinical foundation of DiaDog, serving as a basis for understanding its implementation within the therapeutic space."

The Furry Co-Therapist

The Analytic Fourth: A New Framework for Canine-Assisted Therapy

"This article is a direct continuation of the introductory paper on the DiaDog approach, in which the patient's dog forms an inseparable part of the therapeutic process. Its purpose is to clarify the advantage of working specifically with the patient's own dog, as opposed to the common practice of working with the therapist's dog. The patient's dog — which I refer to as the 'Analytic Fourth' - is present in the patient's life at all times. This fact offers a significant advantage in internalizing the therapeutic process, and as a result, may also contribute to achieving outcomes in a relatively shorter time."
